Job Summary
Role and Responsibilities
šMonitor payment processing systems and ensure that all transactions are processed accurately and in a timely manner. šWork together with our other Payments/Fraud/Compliance staff to solve problems regarding customer questions. šSupport our Payments and Fraud analysts with checks in order to prevent fraud, abuse and money laundering. šMonitor, troubleshoot and escalate any payment related issues internally and externally. šHandling suspicious accounts and events in accordance with company procedures, whilst keeping up to date with the latest regulations of necessary Gambling Authorities. šMaintaining operational communication with third party payment service providers regarding specific transaction issues šMonitor payment trends to ensure we maintain a strong payment success rate. šLiaise with other internal departments to ensure cross functional support of all pertinent company initiatives. šCorrespond directly with clients on Payments, Fraud Prevention and šCompliance Issues. šAssistance with special Payments, Fraud Prevention and Support projects. šMaintain professionalism and adhere to company standards during all interactions. šOther tasks and duties related to job purpose as assigned.
