Responsibilities
📍Build, maintain and expand our Partnerships strategy across APAC 📍Establish strong, lasting relationships with senior executives & partner decision-makers 📍Identify new opportunities for the firm to expand its reach via partnership opportunities 📍Prioritize ruthlessly, dedicating the team’s time and resources to the most promising opportunities and constantly re-evaluating how to efficiently manage lesser ones 📍Research & attend relevant industry conferences as needed
Requirements
📍10+ years of relevant experience 📍2+ years at a centralized crypto exchange, prime brokerage, or prop trading firm 📍Fluent in Mandarin and English 📍Solid understanding of the crypto industry, including the different types of cryptocurrencies, the underlying technology, and the regulatory landscape 📍Demonstrate a partner-minded, entrepreneurial, and a team-oriented mindset 📍Exceptional negotiation and relationship building skills 📍Experience handling third-party relationships and communicating key findings and proposals 📍Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and time management skills 📍Strong analytical skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively 📍Familiar with FalconX products and services, including our trading and prime brokerage services 📍Passion for the crypto space
