Job Summary
The opportunity
šLead the strategy, development, and execution of Kraken's paid social campaigns aimed at user acquisition and growth šOptimise paid social campaigns to achieve CAC goals across each of our priority geos and customer segments šMonitor, analyse, and report on campaign effectiveness, providing detailed analysis and strategic recommendations for continuous improvement šEffectively manage a multi-million dollar performance marketing budget for social media channels šDevelop and test new creative strategies to consistently improve performance šCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analytics, product marketing, and creative teams, to align on campaign goals and strategies šManage multiple work streams from concept through to execution and analysis šStay up-to-date with new and emerging social media channels, ensuring Kraken's performance marketing efforts leverage the latest trends and opportunities šBuild and maintain relationships with media agencies, creative agencies, and other external partners šAdditional duties and responsibilities as assigned
Skills you should HODL
š5+ years of related experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social media campaigns šExperience managing and optimising paid social acquisition campaigns that meet or exceed KPI targets, including CAC, CPSU, and CPI šStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. šTest and learn mindset with a passion for experimentation šProficiency with social media advertising platforms including Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, X Ads, Reddit ads, Tiktok ads, and Snap ads šProficiency with mobile measurement partners (MMPs) such as Appsflyer or Branch. šFamiliarity with analytics and data visualization platforms such as Google Analytics and Tableau šExcellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
