Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Pitch to potential clients on products and services 📍Support clients during onboarding 📍Manage relationship and support key client/partner accounts for any operational issues 📍Negotiate client/partner contracts 📍Identify areas for improvement and execute solutions for enhancement 📍Operational support for marketing and campaigns execution 📍Track client performance and help push new product feature launches to clients day to day client operational support (reconciliation, invoice payments, topups to partners or other administrative work)
Requirements:
📍Minimum 3 years of payments or fintech experience 📍Experience in at least one or a combination of project management, account management, financial and business operations roles 📍Good knowledge of the payments industry 📍Good knowledge in financial operations and understanding on payment fund flows 📍Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast 📍Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, strong interpersonal skills 📍Effective communicator to engage with external and internal stakeholders 📍Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
