Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍You will be in charge of customer support and designing and improving customer FAQs for the company. (Internal hygiene) 📍In charge of Internal tracker and dashboard creation/enhancements 📍You will be responding in Slack to customers and creating tickets for Engineers. 📍You will be helping with business operations where needed. Requirements
📍Experience: At least a minimum of 2 - 3 years relevant to the role. Tools Proficiency: Excellent grasp of Google Workspace, MS Office, Notion and Slack for day-to-day tasks. 📍Handling complexity: Proven ability to manage intricate company-wide initiatives or complex projects with numerous components. 📍Organization and Strategic Planning: Proficient in developing and carrying out complete plans that incorporate technology and open communication in order to achieve company goals while keeping order in professional and personal spheres. 📍Effective Communication: Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal. 📍Proactive Mindset: Anticipate needs and take the initiative to address them before they arise.
