Job Summary
Key Responsibilities.
šResponsible for designing visual materials for the company's core business campaigns, including social media ad creatives, campaign landing pages, and conversion-focused operational banners. šDevelop differentiated visual strategies tailored to various channels and target audiences (e.g., high-click-through-rate cover layouts or compositions). šMonitor the performance of ads or content, and optimize visual designs based on data feedback (e.g., CTR, CVR). šDesign social media assets needed for daily communications, such as feature update graphics, event visuals, and community sharing materials.
Qualifications
šSolid graphic design skills with the ability to independently deliver high-quality visual outputs. šProficient in visualizing information and skilled at conveying complex functions or concepts through design. šHands-on experience in creating event visuals, operational banners, and ad campaign materials. šA data-driven mindset with an understanding of what designs can drive user clicks and retention. šStrong communication and collaboration skills, able to work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams. šProficient in using common design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
