Job Summary
Responsibilities include:
📍Onsite Service Scope: 📍Installation, Configuration, and Training of Skytab POS Site Surveys/ Network Troubleshooting 📍Repair/replacement of network cabling 📍Hardware/Software Troubleshooting 📍Able to test hardware, software, and credit card processing with no or minimal remote support. 📍Post-installation, provide documentation and photos of work performed at each location. 📍Willingness to work flexible hours including on call, early mornings, late nights, and weekends, as

📍Practice safe driving habits. 📍Must have reliable transportation. 📍Ability to communicate effectively on the phone, emails, and work orders. 📍Tracking of expenses and submitting monthly expense reports. 📍Provide installation and feedback on new software/hardware while in beta testing. 📍Inventory management of equipment and requisition. 📍Participate in recurring training of Shift4 product suite. 📍Appointments that take place outside of your local area may require you to be away for several weeks at a time.
