Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Office Cleaning: 📍Perform daily cleaning tasks, including morning and evening office cleaning and trash disposal. 📍Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and pantry areas, ensuring hygiene standards are met. 📍Supply & Asset Management: 📍Monitor and restock essential office supplies, including alcohol, toiletries, cleaning materials, pantry items like coffee, and food supplies for the office. 📍Receive office package deliveries, ensure proper documentation, and report them to the People, IT & Facilities Coordinator before distribution. 📍Report any lost or misplaced office assets.
Requirements
📍Previous experience in office cleaning or maintenance roles is preferred. 📍Ability to communicate effectively in basic English, both verbal and written. 📍Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 📍Proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance needs.
