Job Summary

The Role:

šŸ“The Office & IT Ops Administrator plays a key role in ChainSafeā€™s physical and digital workplace experience. This position will be responsible for managing all office related operations in Toronto as well as org-wide IT administrative duties. Specifically, the areas of focus will include in-office maintenance, digital infrastructure management as well as cross-departmental administrative support.

Challenges for You to Work On:

šŸ“Office maintenance & management: Help maintain workplace safety standards, stocking of supplies (kitchen/office), professional workspace presentation, general administrative tasks (doc filing, mail & any shipping requests) šŸ“Be the main point of contact for all internal/external office visitors, handle communication & key distribution/collection, lead facilities management such as repairing, assembling and organizing items šŸ“Work with third-party vendors where required (cleaners/service providers/facility manager) šŸ“IT services administration: Platform setups & roll-outs, user on/off-boarding, monitor & perform regular audits of user-account roles & permissions šŸ“Audit current IT systems to ensure all security measures are taken and act as the SuperAdmin of our Password Management tool šŸ“Act as an IT Help Desk for software related admin questions & manage ticket queues šŸ“Work with the Data Analytics Lead to ensure systems meet compliance šŸ“Employee equipment management: ordering, shipping, inventory, agreements šŸ“Partner with the Engagement Specialist on internal team-bonding initiatives šŸ“Assist the Marketing Team with event planning & keeping stock of marketing materials šŸ“Lead and devise plans for office improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Expectations:

šŸ“Based in Toronto, full-time, Monday to Friday in-office with flexible hours šŸ“2+ years of experience in office & operational administrative work šŸ“Experience developing internal polices for IT management šŸ“Excellent project management skills. You are resourceful, autonomous and have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality šŸ“Superb interpersonal skills.
