Job Summary
The Role:
šThe Office & IT Ops Administrator plays a key role in ChainSafeās physical and digital workplace experience. This position will be responsible for managing all office related operations in Toronto as well as org-wide IT administrative duties. Specifically, the areas of focus will include in-office maintenance, digital infrastructure management as well as cross-departmental administrative support.
Challenges for You to Work On:
šOffice maintenance & management: Help maintain workplace safety standards, stocking of supplies (kitchen/office), professional workspace presentation, general administrative tasks (doc filing, mail & any shipping requests) šBe the main point of contact for all internal/external office visitors, handle communication & key distribution/collection, lead facilities management such as repairing, assembling and organizing items šWork with third-party vendors where required (cleaners/service providers/facility manager) šIT services administration: Platform setups & roll-outs, user on/off-boarding, monitor & perform regular audits of user-account roles & permissions šAudit current IT systems to ensure all security measures are taken and act as the SuperAdmin of our Password Management tool šAct as an IT Help Desk for software related admin questions & manage ticket queues šWork with the Data Analytics Lead to ensure systems meet compliance šEmployee equipment management: ordering, shipping, inventory, agreements šPartner with the Engagement Specialist on internal team-bonding initiatives šAssist the Marketing Team with event planning & keeping stock of marketing materials šLead and devise plans for office improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Expectations:
šBased in Toronto, full-time, Monday to Friday in-office with flexible hours š2+ years of experience in office & operational administrative work šExperience developing internal polices for IT management šExcellent project management skills. You are resourceful, autonomous and have a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality šSuperb interpersonal skills.
