Tasks and Responsibilities

📍Installing, configuring, and maintaining Windows-based applications Configure user access and maintain system stability and data security through deployment and migration 📍Applications maintenance, customization and participation in projects 📍Installing, upgrading, and removing server and/or desktop applications 📍Providing high quality support and ensure high availability of windows-based applications as per defined SLA 📍Plan, implement, maintain, and manage windows application infrastructure. 📍Ensures compliance with established security guidelines, approved standards, and approved company policies while adhering and contributing to the development of Technology Standards, Standard Operating Procedures, and Technology Policies. 📍Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures. 📍Perform daily system application monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all Microsoft application Infrastructure, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs.

Requirements

📍6+ year of experience within Windows OS & related applications 📍Microsoft certified systems administration certification 📍Excellent troubleshooting, debugging and complex problem-solving skills 📍Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, with general understanding of application design, build, and configuration best practices 📍Experience with formal Disaster Recovery planning, testing and processes 📍Strong customer service and communication skills with people at all level 📍Ability to work autonomously and within a team 📍Willingness to learn new things 📍Fluent in English (spoken and written) 📍Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
