Job Summary
Technical Skills:
šDemonstrate a strong understanding of regulatory compliance and risk management practices, particularly in financial services and digital assets. šApply compliance expertise to identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks across various functions. šSupport the implementation of compliance programs and processes, ensuring that they meet regulatory requirements and are aligned with business objectives. šCollaborate with internal teams to collect and analyze compliance-related data to identify areas for improvement.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
šManage and support the compliance lifecycle for multiple initiatives, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within regulatory standards. šWork independently to solve moderately complex problems, proactively managing work priorities and collaborating with stakeholders as needed. šContribute to initiatives that help improve compliance frameworks and ensure that Anchorage Digital operates in compliance with external and internal standards. šDrive or support medium-sized compliance projects or tasks, working cross-functionally to meet deadlines and objectives.
