Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute event strategies, plans, and objectives aligned with marketing campaigns. šCoordinate and manage logistics for both virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and product launches. šIdentify and secure venues, vendors, and partners, ensuring all elements align with the event's objectives. šCreate and implement event marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital platforms. šDesign promotional materials such as flyers, banners, and content for event announcements. šCollaborate with the content and design teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging. šDevelop event budgets and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining quality. šServe as the primary point of contact during events, handling on-site operations, troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless attendee experience. šOversee event staff and coordinate schedules, responsibilities, and timelines. šGather attendee feedback and analyze event success. šCompile detailed post-event reports with recommendations for future initiatives.
Required:
š2-5 years of experience in event marketing, event planning, or related roles. šProven track record of organizing successful events and marketing campaigns. šMust possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal šAbility to work in a fast - pace environment šBachelorās degree or equivalent qualification is a must
