Responsibilities

📍Drive user acquisition for the company across paid media 📍Lead, conceptualize and run the execution of digital marketing ad campaigns across various ad networks and platforms 📍Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of conversion and adoption 📍Conduct keyword and audience research to identify relevant target segments for campaigns 📍Perform A/B testing and implement strategies to continuously optimize performance and user acquisition 📍Generate regular reports to measure campaign performance and areas for improvement 📍Analyze data and optimize campaign budgets, CPI, CAC and other key performance metrics 📍8、Lead SEO and SEM and analyze performance metrics to formulate effective SEO strategies 📍9、Devise optimization strategies to enhance search engine results and rankings.

Requirements

📍5-8 years of experience in growth and performance marketing​​ 📍An appetite to experiment and use non-traditional marketing tactics, backed up by testing measurable and scalable programs that you’ll optimize and launch based on learnings 📍Proven track record of delivering results & driving user acquisition 📍Project management, prioritization skills & ability to manage multiple projects at different stages of development 📍A self-starter with ability to work with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit Exceptional project & time management skills 📍Strong execution, communication & strategic thinking skills, business savvy and an opportunity seeker 📍Ability to anticipate issues and resolve them based on sound business judgment
