Job Summary
Your Day-to-Day:
📍Lead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences 📍Understand Venmo’s strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain 📍Analyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features  📍Identify, design, experiment and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research 📍Define and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product 📍Use A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
About You:
📍6+ years of consumer web or mobile product management experience 📍Proven track record of delivering successful large-scale mobile products 📍Comfortable using data and analytics to inform product hypotheses and decisions 📍Ability to lead cross-functional groups and drive action in high-growth environments 📍Deep empathy and appreciation for user needs 📍Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces 📍Strong sense for visual design and detail 📍Experience in Payments or Consumer Financial Services is a plus
