Job Description:

šŸ“As the Paid Media Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in owning and optimizing performance paid media campaigns to achieve substantial growth in Venmo usage. This position requires a dynamic individual capable of collaborating cross-functionally with analytics, creative, legal, martech, and media agency teams. The Manager will leverage data-driven insights to design innovative campaigns for the Venmo business, and our ideal candidate is highly influential, organized, and accountable. šŸ“Lead the ideation and strategy for paid campaigns supporting Venmo acquisition and manage agency support for execution of paid campaigns. šŸ“Analyze campaign performance trends and insights to gather learnings, optimize, and inform future paid strategy. šŸ“Partner cross-functionally with brand, creative, integrated marketing, and product marketing leads on paid strategy and briefs, including creative briefs. šŸ“Collaborate with Analytics, Ops, and Martech to drive best-in-class support of measurement, setup, and tech stack updates that enable your campaigns. šŸ“Monitor industry trends for brand and partnerships campaigns that could influence paid strategy. šŸ“Design paid tests to find efficiencies and shape future paid strategies.

What weā€™re looking for:

šŸ“4-5 years of experience in paid media management, with an emphasis on performance media. šŸ“1-2 years of hands-on experience in-platform (paid social, programmatic) required.
šŸ“Deep understanding of paid media for app, including MMPs, app campaigns. šŸ“Experience managing agency teams + direct reports. šŸ“Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex paid concepts to non-paid stakeholders. šŸ“Collaborative outlook in all that you do, working effectively with creative, analytic, and partnership teams.
