What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

📍Directly manage the security for locations in a shared data center location as well as regional office locations. 📍Serve as Incident Commander for cross functional incidents (physical security, information security, privacy, business continuity. 📍Manage and provide oversight of our physical security operations function as we grow in the APAC region. 📍Develop policy and procedure guidance runbooks for security practices, event management, crisis management, and incident response. 📍Partner with functional and vendor teams across the company to conduct risk, threat and vulnerability assessments to mitigate the most impactful risks. 📍Effectively manage service providers, ensuring an effective risk based program. 📍Help build, implement and coordinate service level agreements, quarterly business reviews and OKR’s. 📍Forecast budgets accurately, make improvement and cost-efficiency suggestions. 📍Collaborate with business continuity, crisis management teams to ensure emergency incident and crisis response plans are in place and tested regularly. 📍Work closely with key XFN partners to support return to office and covid response efforts in the region. 📍Develop leadership relationships and socialize physical security programs available to the business. 📍Identify program gaps and business risks through self-directed research. 📍Work closely with global Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) teams to prepare, investigate, and manage incidents and crises, reach conclusions and make recommendations to minimize business impact.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

📍At least 7+ years experience working at a multinational company, with at least 5+ years of experience in regional security operations in APAC. 📍Established network of security, law enforcement and governmental resources 📍A solid understanding of core physical security risks and threats, and experience in developing effective and measurable programs in an international setting. 📍Be a great communicator and project manager, who can ruthlessly prioritize and move the needle on a large number of projects happening simultaneously. 📍Excellent organizational skills and customer focused. 📍Be able to travel internationally, sometimes at short notice. 📍A strong desire to continually develop in your professional field.
