Job Summary
What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):
📍Lead a team (remote) of 6-8 team members who answer general HR questions and perform HR lifecycle tasks (eg, onboarding) 📍Drive strong team performance and engagement in a rapidly changing, fast moving, sometimes hectic environment. Develop and coach the team. 📍Monitor and proactively manage key operational metrics (eg., response time; quality; employee experience) 📍Engage with People Operations team and stakeholders to resolve escalations 📍Partner with internal stakeholders and vendors on implementing efficiencies, automations and integrations between processes, teams and tools 📍Support all compliance related procedures, audits, annual testing and documentation 📍Identify and drive continuous improvement in HR service delivery 📍Provide suggestions and support with activities that promote employee engagement, learning and development 📍Thrive in a growing team and environment, taking on more responsibilities and more processes 📍Think creatively about the employee experience - find ways to improve every interaction with the People Operations team 📍Participate in HR operational projects
What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):
📍5+ years HR people management experience 📍Ability to manage remote teams and work across multiple time zones 📍Experience in fast growth culture - comfort with ambiguity and non-stop problem solving, building, and action 📍Impeccable judgment and ability to handle confidential information 📍Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal 📍Proficient with Google apps 📍Workday, Jira and Slack experience (preferred)
