Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including promotional campaigns, newsletters and triggered messages 📍Develop and execute SMS and push notification campaigns to engage customers across multiple channels 📍Monitor and analyze campaign performance to optimize results and ROI 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, and analytics, to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns 📍Monitor KPIs, traffic metrics and community growth and engagement 📍Engage with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews 📍Coordinate online/offline lead generation and customer-acquisition activities such as events, business partnerships, networking, promotions 📍Help gather and analyze competitor insights, trends, and data 📍Spot trends and apply ideas to crypto/blockchain
Requirements
📍Experience with content management system or updating websites 📍Experience with graphic editor software such as figma or photoshop 📍Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheet, and data visualization tools e.g. Tableau, Google Analytics 📍Strong communication/presentation skills. 📍User-focused and product-driven mindset. 📍Familiar with Blockchain technology or the fin-tech sector is a plus. 📍Graduate from marketing, business or relating majors 📍Strong attention to KPIs and deadlines 📍Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage
