Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šAssist in the drafting and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements for Kilnās products and services. šCollaborate with Kilnās Product, Sales, and Finance teams, gaining exposure to cross-functional legal work. šContribute to the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and terms of service in line with Kilnās product evolution. šHelp implement legal processes and procedures that improve the efficiency of the legal function. šSupport in the development of scalable legal frameworks and assist in enhancing contracting processes. šStay updated on developments in blockchain and digital currencies, contributing to research on regulatory matters.
Requirements:
šPursuing or completing a Master's degree in Law. šBasic understanding of the financial services and digital assets industry - proven interest in crypto/blockchain is a plus! šStrong research and analytical skills, particularly in areas of emerging technologies. šFluent in English and French (Being an English native speaker is a big plus). šAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid work setting
