Job Summary

Your way to impact

📍You will be responsible for strategically designing new features and connections for our Business Debit Mastercard & partnering on other merchant financial services products impacting millions of customers, every day. 📍You’ll work with other product managers as well as engineering, design, marketing & other cross-functional stakeholders to build out and execute a product roadmap. 📍You will investigate data around our existing products and review where the largest opportunities may be to grow and expand our target audiences, manage request intake and feature scoping, and participate in agile ceremonies to drive the execution and launch of new features. 📍You will be the point person for your domain, balancing customer desires, business requirements, legal/compliance, growth, and monetization considerations.

In your day-to-day, you will:

đź“ŤLead a cross-functional team in creating and launching innovative mobile-first experiences đź“ŤUnderstand PayPal's strategic and competitive position in the market to develop a product strategy and roadmap for your domain đź“ŤAnalyze, quantify, and articulate trade-offs of product roadmap features đź“ŤIdentify, design, experiment, and iterate on initiatives leveraging usability testing, data, and market research đź“ŤDefine and analyze key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions đź“ŤCollaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, market, and launch product đź“ŤUse A/B Testing, analytics, market research, usability studies, and competitive analysis to drive decision making
