DappRadar is seeking a talented Lead Product Designer to steer our creative team. If you have a deep understanding of Web3, blockchain, and dapps, coupled with strong technical skills in design, we are looking for you!

Responsibilities:

📍Lead, manage, and mentor our design team, fostering an environment of collaboration and creativity. 📍Play a key role in product and feature design, ensuring our UI/UX design is engaging, intuitive, and aligned with our brand. 📍Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to define new products and features. 📍Use your understanding of our audience to conduct user research, translating insights into impactful design decisions. 📍Oversee design projects from conception to delivery, guaranteeing high-quality and timely results. 📍Develop and maintain our design language to ensure consistent brand identity across all products. 📍Optimize design processes and implement best practices to ensure top-notch results. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and methodologies in the blockchain and crypto industry.

Requirements:

📍A deep understanding of Web3 technology, blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and decentralized applications (dapps). 📍4+ years of experience in product design. 📍1+ years of experience in a leadership or management role. 📍Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and others. 📍Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to business impact. 📍Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. 📍Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
