Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Partner integrations: 📍1-Resolve issues raised by the partners during their technical integration with our systems. 📍2-Explain and guide partners through the system integration process. 📍Communication: 📍1-Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers. 📍2-Provide regular status updates, ensuring the integration process is as smooth as possible. 📍Continuous Improvement: 📍1-Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. 📍2-Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
📍Must haves: 📍1-Fluency in both English and Chinese. 📍2-Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence. 📍3-Bachelor’s (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field. 📍4-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Highly desirable: 📍1-Previous experience of using a backend programming language.
