Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Trade and manage positions across various crypto spot and derivatives markets 📍Coordinate closely with the global trading teams to maintain seamless 24/7 market coverage 📍Ensure accurate trade capture and quality data flow in our risk systems 📍Execute and maintain up-to-date position reconciliation with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness 📍Compile and analyze metrics for trading 📍Work closely with accounting and operations teams to ensure record accuracy and investigate discrepancies in a timely manner
Qualifications:
📍Bachelor's degree 📍1 - 4 years of experience in trading or trading support experience at a bank, proprietary trading firm, or market-making firm. Crypto experience a plus 📍Basic understanding of options theory and greek risks 📍Coding skills (Python, SQL) are desirable but not mandatory 📍Strong interest in crypto and macroeconomic markets 📍Personal experience using various blockchain protocols and understanding of crypto liquidity conditions 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills 📍Team-oriented
