Job Summary
What you'll do
šAssist in the development and updating of risk management policies and procedures šSupport the team in conducting risk assessments to identify potential organizational and operational risks including business continuity, financial risk and 3rd party risks šUtilize the companyās existing risk framework and tools to identify and analyze risk across the organization šDevelop and implement risk mitigation strategies to address identified risks šFoster a risk-aware culture within the organization through effective communication and training initiatives šParticipate in incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify risk factors šSupport the Risk Team in creating and presenting risk reports and other risk -related deliverables
What we expect from you
šBA/BS degree in Risk Management, Finance or Business Administration required šWith at least 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in risk management, governance, compliance and/ or resilience experience, preferably with a financial institution with regional operations šWorking knowledge of MS Office/ Google Workspace šExcellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills šStrong initiative with exceptional analytical and reasoning skills
