Job Summary
Your Impact:
[Salesforce] šDevelop and optimize scalable workflows on Salesforce to enhance organizational efficiency, including the implementation of customizations and field dependencies. šConduct data manipulation and bulk import/update using external Salesforce software. šEnsure data accuracy through periodic checks and reporting on Salesforce. šCreate and maintain relevant dashboards for monitoring Regional Revenue and KPIs, as well as develop metrics to track performance. šManage campaign data on Salesforce for Marketing, including bulk uploading leads and contacts from events. [Research and Strategy] šWrite internal strategy papers for justifying product and engineering development projects for APAC, sourcing all the data and owning the strategy paper, working with APAC GM and other team members. šSupport Growth team in various GTM projects by conducting market research and sizing for APAC šData research project to build a total addressable (TAM), Service Addressable (SAM) and Service Obtainable (SOM) to expand different cohorts and support various GTM motions for different territories in APAC [Data Operations] šManage 3rd party data sources of contact, prospect and customer information and enrich contact CRM via modern applications - Twitter, Telegram, with prospect/customer and cohort mapping šResearch 3rd party databases that may help us accelerate reach out to prospect šSupport the APAC GM with Geo operational work šTrack, analyze, and find ways to improve campaigns and the sales process while finding scalable ways to drive leads and prospects šCreate additional tools for automation of data imports and exports šPerforms other duties as assigned
Skills and Required Qualifications:
šStrong data wrangling skills - with MS excel, Vlookup, etc šSalesforce and or comparable CRM knowledge šExcellent communication skills šSelf-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy šInterest in blockchain technology and infrastructure šAn ability to model a prospect/customer and sales funnels šDashboarding and reporting skills - Salesforce, Tableau or equivalent šExcellent verbal and written communication skills and willingness to be prompt and responsive to a breadth of customer expectations šA willingness to grow and adapt with an exciting company in a high-growth space
