Job Summary
What you’ll do:
📍Take part in managing key apps and workspaces used across the entire Bitpanda. 📍Use your knowledge, skills and insights to help deliver small IT projects and contribute to maintaining the highest IT security standards. 📍Take ownership of onboarding and offboarding end-user cycles and assist with overall end-user support. 📍Assist the Business IT team with management of the latest hardware and help to streamline processes across the entire hardware lifecycle.
Who you are:
📍You are deeply interested in IT and eager to learn more about our cutting-edge technology stack, such as Jumpcloud, Slack, Google Workplace, Atlassian etc. 📍You are excited to deepen your understanding of hardware lifecycle and extend your knowledge of the best practices in IT security. 📍You are pursuing a degree in a field related to IT or have a history of personal projects/professional experience related to IT. 📍You are a reliable and disciplined person who is not afraid to take the initiative into their own hands and has a proactive approach to problem solving.
