Job Summary

Responsibilities:

šŸ“Oversee and align sales teams to achieve ambitious MID counts and processing growth across our ISV and SkyTab POS partner channels. šŸ“Foster strong collaboration with API/Integrations, Product, and Commercial Vertical Leads to drive seamless partnership initiatives. šŸ“Set high-reaching team quotas, establish KPIs, and monitor progress to drive peak performance. šŸ“Facilitate productive team meetings with well-planned, strategic agendas. šŸ“Champion proactive growth, consistently surpassing sales and revenue goals set by Commercial Leadership. šŸ“Work closely with Marketing to identify and execute on growth opportunities. šŸ“Provide strategic guidance and feedback to empower each team memberā€™s success. šŸ“Serve as a trusted contact for partner issues, ensuring quick and effective solutions. šŸ“Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partners, providing a premium experience through regular, high-quality communication. šŸ“Maintain CRM accuracy, delivering timely, insightful reporting to Leadership. šŸ“Stay informed on product and service offerings, alongside tracking of industry trends, to drive relevance and impact. šŸ“Engage with Vertical leaders to develop and implement bold growth strategies. šŸ“Direct multiple sales teams with a unified focus on achieving growth in MID count and processing volumes. šŸ“This role is ideal for a growth-minded leader who is passionate about driving success across a dynamic partner ecosystem and expanding Shift4ā€™s influence in the market.
