Job Summary
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification (CFA, CPA) is preferred. šMinimum of 8-10 years of experience in treasury or finance roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position; experiences working at a crypto exchange valued. šStrong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, market structures, and digital asset management. šProven experience in risk management, liquidity management, and financial analysis within a fast-paced environment. šExcellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. šFamiliarity with regulatory frameworks governing cryptocurrency and financial institutions.
