Job Summary
You Will:
šDevelop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives šMonitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify new partnership opportunities and stay ahead of emerging threats šIdentify and prioritize potential partners to support our platform and product growth šLead negotiations and partnership discussions, including structuring agreements, defining terms, and securing buy-in from internal stakeholders šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of partnership initiatives šManage ongoing relationships with strategic partners, including regular communication, performance tracking, and issue resolution šTrack and report on key metrics and KPIs to assess the effectiveness and impact of partnership activities šProvide strategic guidance and thought leadership on partnership best practices and industry trends to internal teams and senior leadership šCollaborate with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and drive requirements to develop and scale programs, operations and business strategy šPartner with Product and Engineering teams in roadmap development and execution Manage overall performance and profitability of partner programs
Qualifications
šYou have: š10+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Strategy Consulting, Corporate Development or related field š5+ years leadership experience including building out and cultivating high performing teams in a scale environment šDeep understanding of financial technology and the payment industry, including displayed experience in commercial and operational roles šStrong relationship building skills with executives and technical teams and the ability to develop consensus and drive stakeholders to a decision šStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving šStrong negotiation skills and experience in structuring complex partnership agreements
