Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šProvide strategic leadership and direction for all digital aspects of our business including product development, marketing, sales, and customer service. šOversee the design, development, and implementation of our platform, ensuring it meets the highest standards of usability, security, and reliability. šDevelop and implement digital strategies that align with the companyās overall business goals and objectives. šDrive innovation in our digital strategies that align with the companyās overall business goals and objectives. šDrive innovation in our digital offerings, identifying new opportunities and trends in the industry. šMonitor and report on digital performance metrics, making recommendations for improvement where necessary. šFormulates and recommends policy and procedure changes as it relates to digital operations. Works with executives to approve digital operations policies which may have an organization-wide affect. šPartners with internal teams to incorporate client discovery throughout the Digital solution development lifecycle, leads UI/UX development, including ongoing member & employee testing, tests & validates hypotheses. šWhere required, leads the selection of Fintech partners, negotiates agreements, and manages initial third-party approval processes in partnership with key stakeholders. šOversees development, training and management of the performance and compensation of direct and indirect staff. Approves hiring decisions and delivers performance reviews and compensation for staff. Responsible for the digital teamsā results that are achieved through the successful management of staff. šOther duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
šBachelor's degree desired; MBA a plus š10+ years' experience building, managing and developing teams šOutstanding leadership capabilities, including the ability to successfully motivate and challenge a team of talented and creative people at all levels of the organization šAbility to adapt and grow in a fast-growing and changing environment šDemonstrable experience building and managing executive-level relationships both internally and externally šProven experience scaling high-performing sales functions within a hyper-growth technology business šExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentations skills šAbility to tackle issues with a sense of urgency while maintaining professionalism, composure, and accuracy
