Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šDevelop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with the company's goals and go to market strategy šLead, mentor, and inspire a multidisciplinary team of designers and product managers šOversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept ideation to delivery šCollaborate closely with engineering, design, and the rest of the team, to prioritize features and enhancements based on user feedback and business objectives šCommunicate the product roadmap internally and externally to our users šTalk to partners and users to learn insights into where our industry is going and what the right product is to build šWork collaboratively with key strategic partners to co-create products
Desired Profile
š4+ years of experience as senior product manager, or product lead at a startup that experienced significant growth šExperience building B2B financial products šPreferably used DeFi protocols, or has experimented with DeFi and is eager to dive into the technical world of DeFi šEager to join a fast-growing startup and focus on getting things done šFast learner that gets motivated by constantly moving between spending time with users, developiong product, working with engineering, leading a team and diving into the depths of decentralized technology
