Job Summary
What You Will Do
📍Engage and close new partners across Exodus’ B2B2C product lines 📍Develop and execute an outbound partnership strategy 📍Identify partner needs and clearly convey the value of Exodus’ products 📍Collaborate with internal teams to drive deal execution 📍Negotiate and structure partnership agreements 📍Build scalable processes for partnership development 📍Represent Exodus at industry conferences and events
Who You Are
📍5+ years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, ideally in crypto/Web3 📍Proven ability to generate outbound pipeline and close high-value partnerships 📍Strong communication and negotiation skills with C-suite and technical stakeholders 📍Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a high sense of ownership 📍Strategic thinker with a track record of creative problem-solving 📍Ability to travel to in-person meetings 📍Passion for crypto/Web3, with a deep understanding of industry trends
