Job Summary
What you will do:
šDevelop and execute long-term marketing strategies that align with Ether.fiās vision, growth objectives, and ultimately our TVL. šShape Ether.fi's brand narrative and positioning within the blockchain and DeFi space. šDrive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across ether.fiās products šUtilize campaigns, events, conferences, and content marketing to drive product adoption and revenue growth. šAnalyze and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies. šDevelop and execute a community marketing strategy that leverages platforms such as blogs, Discord, Twitter and other relevant channels. šEstablish ether.fi as a thought leader through brand marketing initiatives, including sponsorships, events, and partnerships.
What we are looking for:
šHands on experience in B2C performance marketing roles within DeFi or a transferable environment šProven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, including user acquisition and product adoption. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, and the broader cryptocurrency landscape. šExperience in cross-functional collaboration. šExcellent analytical, strategic, and communication skills with šPassion for web3 technology and a deep understanding of its potential impact on the future of finance and technology. šA good eye for design and past design experience would be a plus
