đź“ŤCrafting Growth Strategies: Work closely with our CEO, Marketing Lead and other key stakeholders to craft dynamic growth strategies that align with our mission. Speed execution and learning by running experiment driven growth sprints. đź“ŤInsights-Driven Decision Making: Tackle the power of data to drive strategic decision-making. Dive into analytics to draw actionable insights that guide our growth trajectory, keeping us agile and ahead of the curve. Gather, synthesize and share customer insights. đź“ŤBoosting Revenue Streams: Take the lead in ramping up our revenue growth from leveraging our product strength such as weather data, web3 or other possible products. Whether we're tweaking what's already working or diving into fresh markets, your creativity with pricing and product ideas will be key to maximizing our profits. đź“ŤForge Strategic Partnerships: Identify synergistic partnerships and alliances that can turbocharge the growth of our Stations Network and its Data Services. đź“ŤFostering Collaboration: Collaborates closely with other departments, including product development, and engineering, to ensure alignment and execution of the growth strategy. Building strong cross-functional relationships is essential for driving coordinated efforts and achieving growth objectives.

Requirements

📍A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. A master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or a related field is often preferred. 📍Previous experience in a growth role, ideally in a start-up, scale-up, working on market fit and growth. 📍Demonstrated success in expanding a company's reach, identifying effective sales strategies and avenues, and driving significant growth in both sales and revenue. 📍Strong understanding of sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior. 📍Experience working with budgets and resources and the ability to manage and allocate resources to support growth initiatives effectively. 📍Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
