You Will:

📍Lead and execute Syndicate's financial and investment strategy, aligning with our Metabased Rollups technology focus and growth objectives. Includes economic modeling, forecasting, and ad hoc financial analysis. 📍Work leadership to set and track company goals, measure key business metrics, and set cultural norms and rituals. 📍Oversee all aspects of accounting, tax, and financial reporting for all Syndicate entities both onshore and offshore, including invoicing and managing relationships with external accounting and tax providers. 📍Manage Syndicate's treasury, including both fiat and crypto assets, and oversee crypto payment operations. 📍Lead financial and legal aspects of token design and potential decentralization efforts, collaborating with leadership and key stakeholders. 📍Assist with fundraising efforts, manage investor communications and reporting, and steward our cap table. 📍Implement and maintain internal controls and risk management processes. 📍Manage external legal counsel and drive all internal legal work.

Requirements:

📍Bachelor's degree (major less important than experience). 📍6+ years of progressive finance experience. 📍Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. 📍Strong background in tech startups, with required experience in crypto/web3 companies. 📍Experience with both traditional finance tools and crypto-native platforms. 📍Deep understanding of web3 financial mechanisms, token economics, and on-chain analytics.
