What are the role responsibilities?

📍Build out our Data program and define how our Data and Analytics program informs company-level strategy 📍Drive and deliver a proactive Data team roadmap 📍Guide our investment in our Data Infrastructure 📍Define and refine our company-level north star metrics and goals 📍Set up the team to proactively derive insights from both on- and off-chain data 📍Partner with Product to eventually shape our product support for our customers’ Data and Analytics needs 📍Identify gaps in our current Data & Analytics team, and build out the team to address these gaps

What skills do you bring?

📍You have experience partnering with executive teams to define metrics- and data-driven company strategy 📍You have strong people management skills, including prior experience hiring and managing Data Analysts, Data Scientists and/or Data Engineers in a hands-on environment 📍You’ve been hands-on in the past and come from a background as a Data Scientist or Data Analyst 📍You have excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with leaders from other areas of the business like Product, Finance, and/or BD 📍You are familiar with crypto and the onchain data space. Even if you don’t have prior full time experience in crypto, you have a baseline familiarity with tools like Dune—and, most importantly, you’re excited to dive deeper into the space!
