šDevelop and implement a cutting-edge compliance framework tailored to the unique challenges of the digital asset industry. šProvide strategic guidance on compliance matters to our extended leadership team, with a specific focus on supporting our licensing and regulatory compliance efforts in both Singapore and the BVI. šStay abreast of global crypto regulations and assess their impact on our business operations. šCreate and implement AML/CTF, and consumer protection policies and stay on top of local developments in this space. šManage relationships with regulatory authorities across multiple jurisdictions. šImplement innovative compliance monitoring and reporting solutions. šFoster a culture of compliance that aligns with our dynamic company ethos. šExplain the rationale for decisions and guidance and in doing so grow our collective understanding of compliance issues.
Our ideal candidate will have:
šExtensive experience in compliance leadership roles within the fintech industry (digital asset experience will be highly regarded). šStrong understanding of Singapore's regulatory environment, particularly MAS regulations. šSolid understanding of fintech regulations and an interest in applying this experience to the digital asset ecosystem. šProven track record in building compliance frameworks for innovative financial organisations. šExceptional self-motivation, meticulous organisational skills, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. šExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation and explain complex compliance concepts in simple terms. šAdaptability and a forward-thinking mindset to keep pace with the rapidly changing digital asset landscape.
