Role Overview
đź“ŤWe are seeking a highly skilled and strategic capital raiser to lead our fundraising initiatives and expand our investor network in a consultancy capacity. This part-time role offering a structure that includes a base salary combined with commission on sales, rather than a traditional in-house employment arrangement.
Key Requirements
đź“ŤExtensive experience in capital raising, ideally within private real estate, private equity, or credit-focused investment firms. đź“ŤEstablished network of institutional investors, family offices, and other key stakeholders in the capital markets. đź“ŤDemonstrated success in raising significant funds and managing investor relations. đź“ŤDeep understanding of structured real estate investments and lending.
