Responsibilities

📍Design static and motion graphics illustrating technical components of how Omni works and why it serves a valuable role in unifying Ethereum. 📍Design graphics for use in social media posts, blog posts, Twitter articles, announcements, partnerships, technical documentation, and more. 📍Collaborate with the marketing and BD teams to produce graphics in a timely manner for content throughout the week. 📍Develop a systematic process for having design assets done 48 hours before content is to be sent out. 📍Lead the way in turning complex technical ideas into simple, beautiful, easy to understand visual content. 📍Ensure that all designs are optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces. 📍Document design processes and guidelines to enhance developer and designer collaboration within Omni. 📍Contribute to the strategic planning of new design assets based on market trends and user feedback. 📍Stay up to date with the latest trends in Web3 design

Requirements

📍3+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio featuring examples of static and motion visuals. 📍Proficient in leading design tools/software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects 📍Ability to design in both 2D and 3D space. 📍Strong knowledge of design methodologies and principles. 📍Ability to work closely with the marketing and BD teams to understand technical concepts to illustrate into engaging, easy to understand visuals. 📍Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 📍Strong reliability and accountability
