Context Windranger is a product lab working on the BitDAO ecosystem. You can read more about us here. Over the next few years, BitDAO intends to secure a handful of large partnerships (on the scale of zkSync, Game7, BitNetwork). As proposed by one of BitDAOās core contributors, BitDAO is looking to build a chain (BITNetwork) that: uses $BIT as a native token; is EVM compatible; and optimized for high throughput dapps such as derivatives dexes and gaming.

šBrand Strategy Development šCreate and refine Mantleās global brand strategy, ensuring it reflects a premium, innovative, and cohesive identity. šDevelop brand guidelines that are comprehensive yet adaptable across different geographies, cultures, and business units. šOwn the brand narrative by crafting a compelling story that resonates across internal and external stakeholders. šCampaign Ideation & Execution šPropose and lead thematic brand campaigns that align with business objectives, product launches, and marketing needs. šCollaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative ideas to life through campaigns that inspire and engage global audiences. šEvaluate campaign performance and brand sentiment to optimize future strategies. šCross-BU Brand Compliance šEnsure all business units and external agencies adhere to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across touchpoints including marketing, product, customer experience, and internal communications. šAct as the brand steward by auditing outputs across channels and providing actionable feedback. šCreative Leadership šPartner with creative teams to deliver visually stunning and narratively impactful assets. šAdvocate for bold, out-of-the-box ideas while maintaining alignment with Mantleās strategic goals. šStakeholder Collaboration šWork closely with executive leadership to align brand initiatives with company vision and long-term goals. šPartner with marketing, PR, and product teams to drive cohesive brand integration.
Qualifications
Experience š8+ years in brand management roles within leading FinTech, tech, or consumer-facing companies, preferably with experience at public (IPO) companies or global premium brands šProven track record of building and evolving a brand across multiple business units or geographies. šDemonstrated success in conceptualizing and executing innovative campaigns that deliver measurable impact.
