Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy 📍Identify and engage potential investors, including venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners 📍Prepare and deliver compelling pitch decks and presentations 📍Manage the entire fundraising process, from initial contact to closing deals 📍Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective investors 📍Stay informed about market trends, investor preferences, and regulatory changes 📍Coordinate with the executive team to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with company strategy 📍Track and report on the progress of fundraising efforts 📍Represent the company at relevant conferences, networking events, and industry forums 📍Work closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to understand the company's progress and needs 📍Maintain relationships with existing investors, keeping them informed and engaged with the company's developments
Experience Required
📍2+ years of experience in fundraising or business development, with a focus on technology or gaming industries 📍Strong understanding of the Web3 and blockchain ecosystem, particularly in the context of gaming and NFTs 📍Excellent communication and presentation skills 📍Experience in building and maintaining relationships with investors and stakeholders 📍Knowledge of financial modeling and valuation techniques is a plus
