Excellent written and verbal communication is crucial in this role since you'll be interfacing with our clients (i.e. you should feel comfortable communicating with members of the executive team). đź“ŤYou thrive in fast-paced, changing environments. đź“ŤYou're a self-starter, don't need someone looking over your shoulder to get your work done and know how to manage your time effectively. đź“ŤSoftware, software, software- you feel comfortable learning new software and cloud-based systems.
Core Competencies
📍Fund Accounting & Financial Reporting – Strong expertise in GAAP, NAV calculations, and fund-level reporting. 📍Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge – Experience with partnership structures, and investor compliance. 📍Internal Controls & Risk Management – Ability to implement strong financial controls and oversee fund audits. 📍Investor & Fund Manager Relations – Skilled in capital account reporting, distributions, and LP communications. 📍Process Optimization & Automation – Ability to improve fund accounting workflows and implement technology solutions.
