Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Create compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, including blog imagery, social media posts, banner ads, and promotional materials. 📍Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop visual assets that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives. 📍Design assets for email marketing campaigns, landing pages, and website content. 📍Develop motion graphics or 3D visual elements to enhance storytelling across social and advertising channels. 📍Adapt creative work for different platforms, optimizing designs for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media outlets. 📍Ensure consistency across all brand communications and marketing collateral. 📍Stay updated on the latest design trends and marketing best practices to keep designs fresh and engaging. 📍Assist in refining brand identity and visual guidelines as Decentraland evolves.
Skills & Qualifications:
📍Proficiency in Figma: Strong ability to create UI mockups, marketing layouts, and collaborate with the team using Figma's collaborative features. 📍Canva expertise: Experience using Canva for rapid, scalable design across social media and blog posts. 📍Experience in 3D design: Basic knowledge of 3D design tools (e.g., Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to create simple 3D models, icons, or visual effects. 📍Graphic design skills: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere etc.), for advanced image design and animation. 📍Comfort with using AI: Interest in utilizing ai for basic concepts and references (Midjourney for example). 📍Understanding of marketing principles: Ability to create designs that support campaign goals and are optimized for conversion.
