What you'll do

📍Function as the sparring partner to LI.FI’s CEO on both strategic and operational topics from ideation to project management and implementation 📍Run autonomously special CEO projects with any possible scope or topic and support teams when it’s needed most 📍Support CEO in being their most efficient selves by preparing key meetings and ensuring follow-through on key projects 📍Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing requests and inquiries. 📍Coordinate and schedule meetings, calendar management, prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports.

What makes a great candidate

📍Relevant professional experiences, ideally with a pre-seed/series A startup 📍Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German (native) and English (fluent) 📍Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask 📍Tech-savvy, strong bias to action, willing to “get things done” 📍A keen interest in technology and the ability to understand hands-on technical aspects of the company's work 📍Ability to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and have the ability to prioritize, focus on what is really important, and think about “what’s next” on your own 📍Willingness to travel as required 📍Blockchain and web3 knowledge/experience is a plus
