Duties and Responsibilities

📍Assist in putting together P&L packages for operations, corporate and executives in a timely matter. 📍Work with our operations team to gather and track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s). 📍Aid in compiling yearly budget as well as capital expenditures (CapEx). 📍Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements. 📍Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting. 📍Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with current budgets and forecasts. 📍Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards. 📍Aid in ad hoc analysis to help organization identify financial performance improvements and automation. 📍Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment. 📍Additional duties as required 📍Travel up to 15%.

Qualifications

📍Proficiency with Microsoft Excel understanding of formulas and functions. 📍Understand basic NetSuite (Oracle) operations and how to retrieve data from data base. 📍0-2+ years of business finance or other relevant experience. 📍Bachelor’s degree required (degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics preferred)
