Responsibilities

📍Working Hour: 12pm-9pm (Hong Kong Time), including Saturday & Sunday (Tuesday and Wednesday off) 📍Assist in financial data analysis: Analyze financial data, including expense reports, budgets, and financial statements, to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for management review. 📍Support financial planning and budgeting: Collaborate with the finance team to assist in the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analyses. Help identify areas of cost savings and efficiency enhancements. 📍Assist in financial transactions: Process and reconcile financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, expense reimbursements, and vendor invoices. Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures. 📍Cross-check transaction record assuring data integrity 📍Coordinate finance operations with internal and external parties 📍Handle daily credits and debits of digital assets 📍Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

📍Bachelor's degree preferably in finance, accounting, business or equivalent (Fresh Graduate welcome) 📍Strong interpersonal skills, good team player, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to multitask and able to work under pressure 📍The habit of paying painstaking attention to details, correct data and following procedures meticulously 📍Proficient in Excel (V-lookup and Pivot Table) 📍Prior experience in digital assets is a plus 📍Immediate availability preferred
