Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šOversee the general ledger, including reconciliation of accounts and compliance with accounting standards šManage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. šPrepare and present timely and accurate financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. šAnalyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making. šOversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments. šMonitor cash flow and liquidity to optimize working capital management. šDevelop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. šManage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, auditors, and other financial partners. šProvide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Requirements
šBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA preferred. š5-10 years finance experience in a finance management or financial controller role. šHistory of working in companies with international operations and/or in the finance or technology industries preferred. šStrong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. šExcellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data. šProficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques. šAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications. šExperience working with accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Xero, Autocount) šExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. šStrong leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams. šDetail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
