Responsibilities

📍Manage the financial planning, forecasting, and reporting process for the company 📍Work closely with cross-functional leaders to monitor department budgets and assess their variance to forecasts 📍Assist in preparation of senior management financial reviews, including preparation of presentation materials 📍Manage and expand our current reporting suite for executive team and key stakeholders 📍Support strategic business initiatives - assess and report their impact vs. expectations 📍Continuous collaboration with VP of Finance and CFO to drive automation in reporting and forecasting process 📍Support the VP of Finance and CFO in collaboration with cross-functional teams in the process of re-allocating capital across the business to drive margin improvements

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 📍5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in a position of managing reporting suites and working with cross-functional partners 📍Strong capability working with Microsoft Excel in a financial capacity, with a preference to report-building experience 📍Keen attention to detail and drive to learn a new business 📍Experience with financial planning processes for a business unit or company 📍Capability and comfort in working well without explicit direction and oversight 📍Strong communication and time management skills 📍Experience with Tableau is preferred
