Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
📍Manage financial operations, planning, reporting, and analysis. 📍Oversee daily financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance. 📍Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and strategies to support business growth. 📍Analyse financial data to provide insights and recommendations. 📍Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. 📍Collaborate with other teams to support market-making activities. 📍Monitor and manage working capital, cash flow, and investments. 📍Stay updated on blockchain and cryptocurrency regulations and trends.
Position Requirements:
📍5 -7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles 📍Experience with monthly closes 📍Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices. 📍Ability to produce forecasts and financial models CPA 📍Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as being highly detail-oriented. 📍Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English. 📍Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 📍Experience with Big 4 accounting firms is a plus 📍Experience in a crypto or a proprietary trading company is a plus 📍Experience in implementing financial systems is a plus
