Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES
šData Analysis and Reporting: Collaborate with the tech and data teams Develop and maintain comprehensive databases for Finance & HR data, conduct data analysis, and generate insightful reports. šBusiness analysis: Support the FP&A team to design and build tools and models that support our business analysis, planning and forecasting. šSystems Management: Collaborate with the Tech department to administer and enhance existing systems (HRIS, financial software, etc.) to ensure efficiency and accuracy in data management and reporting. šProcess Improvement: Collaborate with department heads to identify areas for process optimization, automation, and efficiency enhancement within Finance and People Operations. šData Integrity Assurance: Implement protocols to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all finance and HR systems and databases. šTechnology Evaluation and Implementation: Evaluate existing systems and identify system integrations across CRM, Finance ERP, HRIS and Payroll system to ensure smooth data flow and automation. Research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies or systems that could improve operations and data management within both departments. šProject Support: Assist in special projects related to data analysis, systems implementation, or process improvement initiatives led by the CFO office. šVendor Management: Work closely with the Tech team to Evaluate third-party data processing activities, ensuring vendors comply with data protection regulations. šLead in reviewing, testing and implementing system upgrades or patches. šCreate and manage dashboards and other information delivery services for internal customers. šInter-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with Finance and People Operations teams to understand their data and system requirements, providing functional and technical support and training as needed. šCross -departmental collaboration : Act as the link on everything data between the Finance and People šOperations teams and the other departments, and specifically the central data unit, the tech team and registrar office, to solve issues linked to the quality of the student data
REQUIREMENTS
šBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. š5+ years of experience in data analysis, systems management, or a similar role, preferably in a finance or HR-related setting. š2-3 years of experience in data analytics tools (such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, etc.) and experience working with databases and HRIS/financial systems. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights. šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments. šAbility to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
